Welcome to Polar White Labs at Shallow Branch Farm (PWL) – home of high pedigree White English Labrador Retrievers! This pic collage represents a sampling of 5 generations of our precious Labradors from 2012 to 2024, animals that have imprinted families and impacted people all over our great country. Who We Are
We are a small hands-on kennel, born from a lifetime of love and companionship with Labrador Retrievers. We have been raising these wonderful animals on our 3rd generation family farmland just south of Huntsville, AL for over 12 years. We have our foundation breeding stock from top kennels in the southeast, north to Pennsylvania, and even imported our “Uke” from Odessa, Ukraine, whose sire was 7-time Labrador Best of Breed in Eastern Europe. We go to great lengths to ensure confirmation, temperament, and disposition in our pairings; whether you want a high caliber service dog prospect, pheasant or duck hunting partner, or a beautiful and lazy cuddle buddy for the family couch.
Where We've Been
Our canines are located in 38 states, from Ketchikan, Alaska to the tip of Naples, Florida and everywhere in between. At present, we have placed at least 15 of our canines in service for a whole host of work: a school for deaf and blind children, stress partners for autistic children, Search & Rescue, and PTSD dogs for our valued and beloved U.S. military veterans. Plus, we have many hundreds of family companions and hunters in our PWL fold. This speaks to the quality of our animals and our years of positive experience with and dedication to the breed. PWL White English Labrador puppies and trained canines are professionally bred, AKC registered, family raised and loved from our home to yours! We are intentional in our efforts to “build the legacy” of exceptional Labrador Retrievers that have been our life’s passion since 2012.
